What you will do:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of social work professionals working specifically with children in care, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes for children and families.
- Oversee and guide the development of care plans, assessments, and interventions, making sure that all statutory requirements are met.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and support for children and young people.

Requirements for the Social Work Team Manager role:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in social work with current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrate recent managerial experience, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager, within the frontline environment of Children's Services.
- Possess substantial frontline experience in a similar setting, displaying the confidence and expertise to manage and inspire a team effectively.
