What you will do:
- Lead a team of Healthcare Assistants conducting daily phlebotomy tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain these standards throughout shifts.
- Manage clinic operations, ensuring PPE compliance and adherence to correct processes.
- Oversee stock levels and liaise with Service Managers for supply management.
- Report incidents promptly via the required system and act as point of contact for operational and clinical issues.
- Perform venepuncture when necessary, stepping in for any failed attempts to draw blood.
- Maintain the unit to clinical standards, conducting daily audits to ensure quality.
- Harness your strong leadership experience to drive team success and safety.

It's essential to provide these certificates along with your CV and DBS certificate for consideration.
