This is an exciting opportunity in Harrow for a skilled Band 6 Acute Physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare setting. Earning £26.00 per hour and with the stability of an ongoing contract, you'll work full-time as an essential part of our multidisciplinary team. We have one position available where you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, supporting the recovery, rehabilitation, and discharge planning of patients within an acute inpatient setting.

What you will do
- Assess, diagnose, and tailor treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions, including acute medical, respiratory, neurological, orthopaedic, and elderly care.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and programmes aimed at effective patient rehabilitation.
- Conduct mobility, balance, respiratory, and functional independence assessments to guide care.
- Collaborate extensively with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team in patient-centred care.
- Facilitate effective discharge planning and make necessary onward referrals to maintain continuity of care.
- Uphold high standards in clinical record-keeping in line with HCPC and Trust guidelines.
- Engage in weekend and on-call services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
