The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across a range of secondary subjects
• Work with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assist teachers with classroom activities, resources and lesson preparation
• Support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

Who We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A 2:1 degree or above in any subject
• Strong GCSE and A Level results (or equivalent academic background)
• A genuine interest in working with young people in education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, positive and resilient attitude

Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential.
