An ambitious and highly respected secondary school in Brent is seeking an exceptional Graduate Pastoral Year Leader to join its pastoral team from September.

Your Responsibilities
As a Graduate Pastoral Year Leader, you will:
- Support the Head of Year with the day-to-day pastoral care of a designated year group.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents and external agencies.
- Mentor students on a one-to-one basis, promoting confidence, resilience and positive behaviour.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and student wellbeing.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support students facing academic or personal challenges.
- Work closely with teaching staff, SEN professionals and safeguarding leads.
- Help organise assemblies, enrichment activities and rewards programmes.
- Become a trusted adult who students can rely on throughout the school year.
