Your Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning across your specialist subject.
- Deliver targeted intervention sessions to small groups of students.
- Provide one-to-one mentoring for pupils requiring additional academic support.
- Encourage confidence, resilience and independent learning.
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom delivery.
- Help students prepare for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Become a positive role model within the wider school community.
