The Opportunity

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers, senior leaders and specialist support staff to develop a comprehensive understanding of school life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering academic interventions to raise student attainment
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
  • Working with students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations
  • Supporting teaching and learning within lessons
  • Developing behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
  • Assisting students with SEND and additional learning needs
  • Building meaningful relationships that positively impact student outcomes
  • Contributing to extracurricular activities and wider school life
