What you will do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Accident and Emergency department, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient well-being and safety at all times.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and according to hospital guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering support and information to ease their experience during stressful times.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to support continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with an active NMC registration for adults.
- Have recent nursing experience in the UK, particularly within A&E settings, to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to your role.
