What you will do

• Provide comprehensive support to clients dealing with substance misuse issues, including drugs and alcohol.
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring each client receives personalised and effective support.
• Implement harm reduction and recovery models to facilitate positive outcomes for clients.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to continually improve the service provided.
• Document progress and update client records accurately, ensuring adherence to all service standards.

Requirements

• DBS Clearance: A valid DBS on the update service.
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in substance misuse, covering both drugs and alcohol.
• Caseload Management: Strong skills in caseload management and keyworking.
• Specialist Knowledge: In-depth understanding of harm reduction techniques and recovery frameworks.
