What you will do:

- Deliver specialist workplace Occupational Therapy assessments for staff members to identify individual support needs.
- Support employees to remain in work, return to work, and optimize workplace participation through tailored intervention plans.
- Develop personalized wellbeing and rehabilitation strategies to bolster physical and mental health.
- Recommend and implement reasonable workplace adjustments to facilitate employee success.
- Assess functional barriers impacting work performance and propose solutions.
- Offer advice on occupational health, rehabilitation, and return-to-work strategies for staff reintegration.
- Collaborate with managers, HR teams, and key stakeholders, advocating for healthy work environments.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary staff wellbeing initiatives, ensuring comprehensive support.
- Provide detailed assessment reports and actionable recommendations for future wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:

- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in providing workplace or occupational rehabilitation support.
- Ability to develop personalized support and wellbeing plans.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- A drive for improving employee wellbeing and workplace participation.
- Experience in Occupational Health and staff wellbeing services.
- Knowledge in advising on workplace adjustments and return-to-work programmes.
