We are looking for three experienced recovery workers: two for Chesterfield and one for Swadlincote, ideally with experience on SystmOne.

What you will do

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 55 clients by providing comprehensive support through key work sessions, care planning, and risk assessment.
  • Keep meticulous records of client interactions and progress using SystmOne, ensuring smooth communication with partner agencies.
  • Conduct outreach work in Shirebrook confidently and independently, promoting recovery and positive change in the community.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and external agencies to provide holistic, integrated care for clients.
  • Drive to various work sites with your vehicle, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the role.
