What you will do:
- Assess and support adults with mental health issues within the community, promoting independence and recovery
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs and goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Provide crisis intervention and management as required
- Deliver psychotherapeutic therapies and interventions
- Advocate for patients’ rights and empowerment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Conduct risk assessments and apply safeguarding protocols
Requirements for this Community Psychiatric Nurse role:
- Possess a Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Have experience working as a Mental Health Nurse, bringing insight and expertise to the role
- Maintain a valid NMC Registration to practice in the UK
