What you will do
- Manage a full caseload across a range of pathways, including opiates, non-dependent substances, and alcohol.
- Undertake comprehensive assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
- Deliver structured psychosocial interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Facilitate both one-to-one and group-based recovery sessions.
- Support service users within the Criminal Justice Pathway, helping them achieve sustainable recovery outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with criminal justice partners and other agencies to provide coordinated support.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation.
- Monitor progress, review recovery plans, and adapt interventions as required.
Requirements
- Substance Misuse Experience: Previous experience working within substance misuse and recovery services.
- Criminal Justice Experience: Experience supporting individuals within Criminal Justice pathways is highly desirable.
- Case Management Skills: Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
- Intervention Delivery: Experience delivering assessments, care planning, and psychosocial interventions.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships.
