Based in Bootle, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for adults by effectively managing safeguarding cases on a full-time basis. The initial contract will commence on 1 September and run for 30 weeks, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

What you will do

• Undertake adult safeguarding work, managing complex cases with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgement.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and safeguarding enquiries to ensure the safety and wellbeing of adults at risk.
• Prepare detailed reports, assessments, and professional documentation to support effective case management.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to coordinate safeguarding interventions and support plans.
• Maintain compliance with statutory responsibilities, safeguarding legislation, and professional standards.
• Participate in case reviews, strategy meetings, and safeguarding planning processes.
• Support adults to achieve positive outcomes while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
