What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, and intervention for individuals in recovery from mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
- Engage in regular risk assessments and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Provide support, guidance, and education to patients and their families, fostering a positive environment for recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as per NMC guidelines.
Requirements for this role include a degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing, along with experience working as a Mental Health Nurse. A valid NMC Registration is essential to practice as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.
