What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of qualified occupational therapists and support staff, setting clear goals and expectations to drive service excellence and continuous professional development.
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring best practice and compliance with relevant legislation and clinical standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor service improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures to enhance quality of care, efficiency, and outcomes for service users.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and community organisations to facilitate integrated working and seamless support for adults with complex needs.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Recent NHS experience.
- Must be registered with the HCPC.
