We are recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join a friendly and established mixed dental practice in Leicester on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse seeking a supportive team, modern facilities and an excellent work-life balance. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care across both NHS and private dentistry.

Working with Flourish Medical as a Dental Nurse offers you:

• Up to £14.00 per hour, equating to approximately £20,384 per annum based on 28 hours per week

• Permanent role working 28 hours across 4 days

• Working pattern:

  • Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

  • Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)

  • Wednesday: Day off

  • Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)

  • Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute break)

Required Skills & Experience for this Dental Nurse:

• GDC registered Dental Nurse

• Previous UK dental nursing experience preferred

• Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship unavailable)

• Enhanced DBS in place or willingness to obtain one

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, reliable and proactive approach to work

• Ability to work effectively within a busy clinical team

• Suitable for Dental Nurse, Qualified Dental Nurse and/or Registered Dental Nurse

As a Dental Nurse, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing chairside support across a range of NHS and private dental treatments

• Preparing surgeries and maintaining high clinical standards

• Supporting infection prevention and decontamination protocols

• Delivering excellent patient care throughout the patient journey

• Updating clinical records accurately and efficiently

• Assisting with stock control and practice organisation

• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

The role is based in Leicester and is easily commutable from Loughborough, East Leake, Shepshed, Mountsorrel and surrounding areas of Leicestershire.
