Associate Dentist

We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a welcoming mixed dental practice in Bishop's Castle, SY9. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, a supportive working environment and the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours. Working with Flourish Medical as an Associate Dentist offers you:

• Permanent position within a supportive, independently owned group of practices
• £13.00-£15.00 per UDA
• 45% private income split
• 50% laboratory bill split
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
• Full-time preferred, although part-time will be considered
• A friendly team focused on delivering exceptional patient care

Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist:

• GDC registration with the right to work in the UK
• Previous UK dental practice experience
• Strong treatment planning and clinical execution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, approachable and patient-focused manner
• Suitable for Associate Dentist, General Dentist and/or Mixed Dentist

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing high-quality NHS and private dental treatments
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patients
• Building lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and complying with GDC standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team
• Delivering outstanding patient care in a professional and caring environment

The practice is located in Bishop's Castle, SY9, with easy access from Craven Arms, Church Stretton, Clun, Ludlow and the surrounding South Shropshire area, making it a convenient commute for healthcare professionals across the region.
