Qualified Dental Nurse – Full-Time hours over 4 days - Worcester - £13.00–£14.50 per hour + Performance Bonus

We are recruiting on behalf of a private dental practice for an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Nurse to join their friendly clinical team. Salary & Benefits of this Dental Nurse role include:
- £13.00–£14.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Approximately £26,000–£29,000 per annum based on a 37.5-hour week
- 1% performance bonus based on the earnings generated by the dentists you support
- Full-time, permanent position

The Role of Dental Nurse
As a Dental Nurse, you will provide high-quality chairside support to the clinical team while ensuring patients receive a welcoming, professional and comfortable experience throughout their treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective chairside assistance to dentists
- Preparing surgeries and ensuring all clinical areas are fully stocked
- Maintaining excellent infection prevention and control standards
- Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
- Supporting the smooth running of the surgery
- Welcoming and reassuring patients throughout their treatment
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Working closely with the wider practice team
- Following all relevant GDC, CQC and practice procedures
- Contributing to a positive and professional patient experience
About You
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be a fully qualified Dental Nurse
- Hold a recognised dental nursing qualification
- Be GDC registered
- Have previous experience working within a dental practice
- Have excellent chairside skills and clinical awareness
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be organised, reliable and professional
- Have a genuine commitment to patient care
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider practice
