Locum Dentist in Birmingham, West Midlands

Flourish Medical is currently recruiting Locum Dentists to support a network of well-established NHS and mixed dental practices across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GDC-registered Dentist with an NHS Performer Number who is looking for flexible working, competitive daily rates and the opportunity to work across a variety of established dental practices.

You’ll be joining supportive clinical teams within busy practices, providing high-quality NHS and private dentistry while enjoying the variety and flexibility that locum work can offer.

You must have the right to work in the UK and relevant UK dental experience. Applications without this will not be considered.

This Locum Dentist role in Birmingham will benefit from:

Required skills and experience for this Locum Dentist role:

• Fully GDC-registered Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number essential
• Minimum 1 year UK post-qualification dental experience
• Confident providing general NHS and private dentistry
• Strong communication and patient rapport skills
• Professional, reliable and adaptable
• Comfortable working within different dental practices and teams

As a Locum Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing high-quality NHS and private dental treatments
• Managing established patient lists
• Identifying appropriate private treatment opportunities
• Providing a broad range of general dental treatments
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Following all relevant clinical and infection control procedures
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team
• Providing a professional and patient-focused service

Assignments may be available across Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, West Bromwich, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton and other surrounding areas, depending on current requirements.
