Job Description: Production Operative Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and assembly of products, including candles, reed diffusers, chocolates, and skincare items.
- Measure, mix, pour, and prepare materials in accordance with production specifications and quality standards.
- Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Package and label finished skincare products and other goods ready for storage or dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or defects to supervisors.
- Support different production areas and undertake a variety of tasks as required.
- Ensure workstations are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with stock handling, replenishment of raw materials, and movement of finished goods within the production area.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow production procedures and work instructions accurately.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food production, cosmetics, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential.

Pay and Annual Leave:
- £12.71 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 28 days annual leave (2 weeks notice needed to book a holiday)
Hours of work:
4 on 4 off OR Monday - Friday roles available INDWH |
