What you will do:
- Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services to oncology and haematology patients ensuring their treatments are optimally managed
- Perform clinical screening and verification of systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACT)
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to tailor patient care plans
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services by staying up-to-date with industry advancements
- Provide expert advice and support to healthcare professionals regarding medication management
- Help mentor and guide junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians contributing to team development
Requirements:
- Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Previous experience in a UK NHS Pharmacy setting as a Pharmacist
- NVQ or equivalent Pharmacist qualification
