What you will do:
- Lead and coordinate service provision around the needs of young people, focusing on resilience, self-esteem, and confidence building, managing cases for those aged 18 and above.
- Collaborate with directorate staff and agencies to provide programmes that aid young people's transition from care to independent living.
- Conduct needs assessments under supervision, developing Pathway Plans that outline realistic goals for adulthood.
- Plan and deliver training on the Daily Living Project, imparting essential independent living skills to young people.
- Be part of duty systems and host drop-in sessions to ensure a responsive service for young people.

- Offer practical budgeting advice and leverage professional networks for additional support.
- Record work accurately to produce a comprehensible and useful account of interactions with young people.

About You:
You will bring substantial experience working with children and young people up to the age of 21, and up to 25 for those in higher education, in a volunteer or professional environment.
