Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey as a Social Worker within Adults Services? We have a temporary position available with Lancashire County Council, offering a competitive rate of £33 per hour. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to become part of a seasoned team on a full-time basis, with positions available countywide which include potential bases across North, East, or Central Lancashire. Starting from Monday 16 February 2026 through to Tuesday 31 March 2026, you will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive statutory reviews across the county in Adult Services to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Work collaboratively within the Adults Review Function to address and manage complex casework effectively.
- Utilise your strong knowledge of the Liquid Logic Adults System (LAS) to streamline the assessment and review process.
- Engage and liaise with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored support plans.
- Maintain high standards of record-keeping and documentation as per local authority guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must be registered with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking review work essential.
- Previous experience with Lancashire County Council (Adults Services) advantageous.
- Strong proficiency with the LAS (Liquid Logic Adults System).
