What You Will Do:

• Provide specialist assessment and intervention for patients with dysphagia in community settings, including home visits and clinics.

• Develop personalised care plans in partnership with patients and families.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

• Deliver dysphagia management training and guidance to other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor patient progress.

Requirements:

• HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist.

• Proven experience managing dysphagia caseloads.

• Ability to travel for community visits — car driver required.
