Order Picker / Counterbalance Flt Operative in Byley, North West

KPI Recruiting are looking for a reliable and hardworking Order Picker / Counterbalance FLT Operative to join our client's busy warehouse team. This role involves accurately picking customer orders, operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation.

The rate of pay as an Order Picker / Counterbalance FLT Operative is:

• £13.50 p/h

The days and hours as an Order Picker / Counterbalance FLT Operative are:

• Monday- Friday
• 07:00- 17:00

Key Responsibilities as an Order Picker / Counterbalance FLT Operative:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely to move stock around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Replenishing stock locations
• Carrying out stock checks when required
• Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Following all company health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements as an Order Picker / Counterbalance FLT Operative:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse and order picking experience
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties
• Must be able to drive due to the rural location of the client
