We’re working with an exciting and growing hospitality business looking for an Operations Lead to play a key role across its operations. This is a diverse, hands-on position combining Head Office administration, on-site operations, team support and seasonal business planning. Primarily based in Edinburgh, you will also have the opportunity to work across Dublin and London, particularly during the busy summer months.

No two days will look the same! One day you could be working from Head Office, the next supporting teams on-site, resolving operational challenges or working with external partners to help build the business.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys being on the move and wants a role where they can genuinely make a difference.

The Role:

• Managing and supporting on-site teams across multiple locations.
• Driving operational performance and ensuring KPIs and business objectives are achieved.
• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a fantastic guest experience.
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Acting as the key link between on-site teams and Head Office.
• Taking the lead on reservations management, ensuring an efficient and successful booking process throughout the year.
• Playing an active role in planning and building the summer business.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, suppliers and contractors.
• Providing administrative and operational support from Head Office.

About You:

• Experience within hospitality operations and accommodation – essential!
• Confident supporting and managing teams across different locations.
• Highly organised, with strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of KPIs and operational performance.
• A natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, proactive and happy to travel between Edinburgh, Dublin and London.
