Are you a talented Hotel Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity in the heart of Edinburgh? We’re working with a fantastic and growing hospitality business with an exciting portfolio of venues and projects across the UK. They are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Hotel Manager to take the lead at one of their Edinburgh sites, combining accommodation, food & beverage and events. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business with plenty of exciting plans for growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation, ensuring consistently high standards.
• Managing and motivating the team, creating a positive and engaging working environment.
• Overseeing rotas, staffing levels and labour costs.
• Ensuring excellent housekeeping standards and room presentation.
• Supporting and driving the food & beverage offering.
• Overseeing events and ensuring their smooth delivery.
• Monitoring guest feedback, satisfaction and online reviews.
• Driving operational performance, commercial results and revenue.
• Ensuring all health & safety, compliance and operational procedures are followed.
• Working closely with senior management to support the continued growth and development of the business.

About you:

• Has previous management experience within accommodation-led hospitality.
• Ideally comes from a hotel, hostel, serviced accommodation or student accommodation background.
• Has a good understanding of food & beverage operations and events.
• Is confident managing teams, rotas and day-to-day operations.
• Has strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach.
• Is commercially aware and passionate about delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a growing business.
