Multisite General Manager “Leading Entertainment Brand, Ireland”

Salary:                                 €52,000 to €57,000

About the Role

We are looking for a Multisite Manager to lead a group of Leisure + Entertainment venues across Ireland, driving performance, guest experience and team capability. You will oversee site managers, make sure operational and brand standards are met, and deliver commercial results across your area. This is a hands-on, field-based role for a confident multi-site leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Managers across your sites, coaching them to deliver strong operational performance
• Visit sites regularly to audit standards, cleanliness, presentation and guest service
• Make sure health and safety, licensing, food safety and company policies are followed at every site

• Deliver sales, margin and cost targets across your area, including ticketing, food and beverage, and ancillary revenue
• Review KPIs, labour and stock controls, and act quickly on trends and opportunities
• Support local marketing, events and promotions to grow footfall and spend per head

• Champion an outstanding experience from arrival to departure
• Monitor guest feedback, review scores and complaints, and drive improvement plans
• Make sure every site is ready for major film releases and peak trading periods

• Recruit, develop and retain strong site leadership teams
• Build succession plans and create a culture of accountability, energy and teamwork
• Handle performance management and employee relations in line with company policy and Irish employment law

About You

• Experience as a Multi-Site Manager or senior General Manager in a multi-site business. This could be hospitality, retail, leisure, hotels or fast food
• A proven track record of delivering sales, cost control and service standards across several sites
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing managers
• A good understanding of health and safety, licensing and compliance requirements
• Commercial awareness, with confidence in reading P&Ls and KPIs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak periods, and to travel across your area
• A full driving licence

Desirable

• Experience in cinema, entertainment or other high-footfall, event-driven venues
• Experience managing a food and beverage operation
• Experience in a fixed-term, project or turnaround role
