Are you a hands-on Bar Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment?

We're looking for an ambitious, people-focused Bar Manager to take the lead at an exciting, multi-space hospitality venue in the heart of London.

This is no ordinary bar. Combining great food and drink, live sport, events, entertainment and private parties, the venue offers something different every day. From packed match days and after-work drinks to busy weekend celebrations, it's an environment where no two shifts are the same.

The Bar Manager role

You'll take full ownership of the bar operation, leading from the front and creating an outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on, high-profile leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, setting the pace, motivating their team and ensuring every service runs seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Bar Manager within a busy, quality-led hospitality environment
A confident, visible and hands-on leadership style
Strong operational knowledge and the ability to maintain standards under pressure
Excellent people management, communication and team development skills
Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, labour and costs
A genuine passion for hospitality, drinks and delivering memorable guest experiences
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The personality, energy and drive to make a real impact
