What you will do:

• Assess and treat patients within the outpatient rehab setting, helping them achieve their functional goals.
• Develop tailored rehabilitation plans that promote a high standard of patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are executed.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain thorough communication with patients and families.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be registered with the HCPC and possess a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy. UK-qualified experience as an Occupational Therapist is essential, particularly with experience in outpatient clinics and rehabilitation.
