What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments using your expert knowledge of the Care Act and Disabled Facilities Grant legislation
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to meet the individual needs of service users
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver integrated support
- Provide advice and support regarding mobility aids and home adaptations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
