We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor/Nurse to join our team near Uxbridge, UK. What you will do:
- Conduct independent medical assessments either over the phone or in person.
- Perform health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, and biological monitoring.
- Offer travel health advice and support to first aiders.
- Coordinate health promotion and wellbeing initiatives to foster a healthier work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain clinical standards.
- Uphold the highest level of professional conduct.
- Maintain clinical rooms to the required standard and ensure a log of equipment calibrations is up to date.
Who we are looking for:
We are searching for someone with proven experience in Occupational Health, specifically in case management and pre-placement questionnaires. Familiarity with health surveillance and safety-critical assessments is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise your workload.
