What you will do:

- Deliver clinical pharmacy services to specialized areas, ensuring high standards of patient care in medicine, surgery, and other key practice areas.
- Utilize your expertise in renal, acute pain, and nutrition to provide comprehensive pharmacy support.
- Implement and monitor advanced clinical practices, identifying opportunities for non-medical prescribing.
- Maintain and update a practice portfolio demonstrating competencies in clinical pharmacy.
- Utilize pharmacy computer systems efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely service.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and pharmaceutical service delivery.

Responsibilities/general duties:

- Hold a Diploma/MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate a minimum of four years post-registration experience in pharmacy.
- Showcase evidence of competence in advanced clinical practice and a further area of practice.
- Have a postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or provide satisfactory evidence of equivalent competence.
- Possess qualifications as an independent non-medical prescriber and demonstrate your evidence of competence.
- Be a HCPC registered professional. Being a car driver is advantageous for accessibility across sites.
