What you will do:
- Visit patients in their homes or community sites to conduct thorough assessments and provide effective neurorehabilitation and/or neurodisability management.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to maximise recovery and outcomes.
- Educate and support patients and their families, empowering them to enhance their health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Must be a qualified physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- Have recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy, specifically in neurorehabilitation.
- Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist eligible to work in the UK.
- While NHS experience is beneficial, it is not a necessity.
- Previous experience in acute neuro or non-neuro community settings is advantageous.
