What you will do:
- Manage shared mailboxes and workflows efficiently, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate appointments and interpreter bookings, maintaining smooth service delivery for our clients.
- Keep accurate and detailed case records, supporting the preparation and facilitation of multi-agency meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
- Produce routine performance reports and trackers to assist in service evaluation and improvement.
- Handle financial administration tasks such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining approval trails. Resolve supplier queries and maintain spend trackers to support audit and budget monitoring.
- Confidently handle sensitive information, ensuring privacy and compliance, and help the service run smoothly for optimal support of our residents.
