Head of Sales – Exciting Food Business - £100K + Bonus
My client is an exciting high growth food business who are revolutionising the food industry through their innovative approach to health and sustainability.
They are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for leading their commercial strategy across the QSR and Foodservice channels. This is a pivotal leadership role in a high-growth environment which is perfect for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on hustle.
This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong experience selling into QSR chains, foodservice distributors, or national restaurant groups.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the company’s sales and commercial strategy for the QSR channel
- Manage and grow relationships with major QSR customers and national accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with restaurant chains and foodservice operators
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to deliver revenue targets
- Collaborate with NPD, marketing, and operations to bring new products to market
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and long-term supply contracts
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
- Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings
The Ideal Head of Sales Candidate:
- Proven sales experience in FMCG, ideally within food & drink.
- Thrive at winning new business.
- Strong understanding of the QSR and Foodservice channels, with a healthy network of contacts.
- Strong track record of winning, managing, and growing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on approach — willing to roll up your sleeves.
- A genuine passion for food, sustainability, and brand growth.
