Pay: £100–£130 per day

KPI Education is currently recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work on a day-to-day supply basis across secondary schools in Bradford, BD1.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience within a secondary school before progressing into a longer-term or full-time education role.
The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and school support staff to help students access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
You may provide 1:1 support, small-group intervention or classroom assistance, depending on the requirements of the school.
The role offers flexibility across Monday–Friday, allowing you to choose your availability while gaining experience across different secondary school environments.
Your Responsibilities

Support students across the secondary school environment

Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support

Assist teachers during lessons and classroom activities

Help students stay focused and engaged with their learning

Support students with additional learning needs where required

Encourage positive behaviour and classroom participation

Help students develop confidence, independence and resilience

Build positive and professional relationships with students

Work alongside teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams

Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements
Essential:

Degree educated with a 2:1 or above

Strong interest in education and supporting young people

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, reliable and proactive approach

Commitment to working within a secondary school environment
Desirable:

Previous experience working with children or young people

SEN experience

Tutoring or mentoring experience
