Food & Beverage Operations Manager – New Opening!!

Location: Central London

Salary: £80,000 -£90,000+

If you think great food and drink can fix almost anything, we should probably talk…… I am looking for an experienced and commercially driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead a dynamic, high-volume hospitality operation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a new opening, shaping the guest experience, building a high-performing team, and driving revenue through food, beverage, and events.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of F&B operations, leading from the front while developing a strong team culture and delivering a compelling, high-quality hospitality offering.

Responsibilities

Lead all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets and event spaces
Support pre-opening activity including setup, recruitment, and team training
Drive revenue growth through events, promotions, and customer experience initiatives
Oversee event planning, bookings, and entertainment delivery
Manage P&L, budgets, stock control, labour costs, and overall profitability
Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
Work closely with senior leadership and marketing to grow the business

Skills

Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a high-volume environment
Strong commercial focus with experience managing P&L and driving revenue
Background in events, entertainment, or late-night hospitality is highly desirable
Passion for team development, coaching, and building strong team culture
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Solid understanding of stock control, cost management, and operational efficiency
Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements
Personal alcohol licence (or ability to obtain)
