- Identify training needs and help build stronger kitchen leadership across the group
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong multi-site experience within premium restaurants, gastropubs, or quality food-led groups
- Background across fine dining, premium casual, or high-volume operations
- Experience working at a high level in quality fresh food kitchens
- Exposure to Michelin Guide, Bib Gourmand, rosette, or high-quality fresh food environments would be highly advantageous
- Confident supporting several kitchens at once
- Hands-on, calm, organised, and highly operational
- Strong understanding of food quality, consistency, GP, labour, and kitchen controls
- Able to build trust with Head Chefs and kitchen teams
