What you will do
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will:
- Deliver high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to young service users.
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Provide mentorship and support to fellow team members, fostering a positive teamwork environment.
- Observe, record, and report any changes in service users, maintaining accurate care records.
- Work 3 days or nights one week and 4 the next on a flexible rolling rota, with shift patterns of either 7.30am-8pm or 7.30pm-8am.
Skills and knowledge you will have
- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills, with the ability to motivate yourself and take a flexible approach.
- A positive outlook, along with a caring and compassionate nature.
- A dedication to delivering high-quality care and practising evidence-based methods.
