What you will do:

As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN) at our facility, you will be pivotal in ensuring that patients with challenging behaviours receive top-notch care. You will support a collaborative environment that promotes positive teamwork. Your responsibilities include:

- Delivering high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Providing mentorship and support to fellow team members
- Observing, recording, and reporting patient changes, maintaining accurate records of care
