What you will do:

• Coordinate the development and implementation of Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans with stakeholders including families, schools, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure plans are legally compliant and meet the individual needs of each child or young person
• Provide comprehensive advice and guidance on the EHC process to families and professionals
• Review and amend EHC plans as necessary to reflect any changes in circumstances or provision
