What you will do:

- Work within a dedicated and supportive family help team to assess the needs of children, young people, and families in Cheshire West and Chester.
- Provide consistent, trauma-informed, and systemic support tailored to each family's unique circumstances.
- Collaborate closely with family help safeguarding teams and Multi Agency Child Protection Teams (MACPT) to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments, attend meetings, and liaise with families to ensure comprehensive understanding of their lived experiences.
- Utilise your bespoke training, including trauma-informed practice and motivational interviewing, to deliver high-quality support that truly makes a difference.
