What you will do:

- Collaborate closely with other team members and agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality support for children and families.
- Undertake assessments and develop tailored intervention plans based on the needs and strengths of each family.
- Use trauma-informed practices to engage with children and families compassionately and effectively.
- Record case notes promptly and accurately, utilising the innovative Magic Notes system to improve efficiency.
- Provide supportive and reflective supervision to junior team members, nurturing their development.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to elevate your practice.
