An active NMC registration (PIN) is essential as is Leadership experience within a Nursing Home experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of care, comfort, and safety are maintained at all times
- Support compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, encouraging professional development and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
- Assist with the effective management of budgets, resources, and service development
Essential skills and experience:
- Active NMC registration
- Proven leadership experience within a nursing home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making ability
- Experience contributing to budget, resource, and service management
This role is based in the wider Bewdley area and is easily commutable from Stourport, Alveley, Kinver Bromsgrove, and across the West Midlands. Due to the rural location, applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
