Care Home Manager in Solihull, West Midlands

We are working in partnership with a well-established, nursing home in Solihull, part of a small and friendly care group, to find a dedicated Nursing Home Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role for a compassionate, experienced professional who enjoys working closely with both residents and staff.

It is essential that you hold an RGN pin for this role

This Nursing Home Manager position will benefit from:

As a Nursing Home Manager your duties will include:

• Ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care, comfort, and safety
• Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and other legislation
• Leading, motivating, and developing a friendly, multi-disciplinary team
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and partners
• Supporting budgeting, resource management, and the home’s strategic goals

Skills and experience essential to the role of Nursing Home Manager:

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN
• Proven experience managing a nursing home or similar care setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in evidence-based decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing budgets and contributing to strategic growth

This Solihull-based role is easily commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, and the wider West Midlands.
