What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans, promoting dignity, comfort, and choice at all times
• Support patients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and hydration, adapting care to changing clinical needs
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ physical and emotional wellbeing to registered nursing staff in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate written and electronic care records in accordance with organisational policies and clinical governance requirements

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification

Registration and Compliance:

• Understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards and safeguarding principles within adult health and social care
• Commitment to working within the Mental Capacity Act and Equality Act 2010
