The Role: Branch Manager

Location: Bristol

Sector: Property Services - Retrofit & Projects

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 DOE + Bens

My client is leading the charge in sustainable building transformation. To support their continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to take the helm of their Bristol branch. You’ll lead a skilled team delivering retrofit, refurbishment, and maintenance projects — driving efficiency, safety, and excellence every step of the way.

What you’ll do

• Lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple retrofit and project contracts.
• Oversee operational delivery, ensuring programs run on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability in every project.
• Build trusted client relationships while driving new business and long-term growth.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance to keep the branch profitable and future‑ready.

What you’ll bring

• Proven leadership in retrofit, project or construction management.
• Strong commercial awareness and hands‑on contract delivery experience.
• Solid understanding of building compliance, H&S, and energy‑efficiency targets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Relevant qualifications (HNC/NVQ Level 4+), IOSH or SMSTS desirable.
