What you will do

• Provide expert clinical leadership within the Kingston Liaison Psychiatry Service.
• Conduct and supervise complex biopsychosocial assessments in the Emergency Department and acute hospital wards.
• Offer specialist advice on risk management and treatment planning for complex cases.
• Support staff in managing presentations including acute mental illness, self-harm, and behavioural issues.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to ensure safe service provision.
• Monitor service demands and implement escalation processes as necessary.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to streamline patient flow and enhance service efficiency.
• Lead initiatives for service improvement and transformation.
• Foster partnerships with various stakeholders to promote integrated care pathways.
